 Walstad Residence
A 3,600 sq. ft. home in Aspen Glen that was completed in 1998. This house
was designed to blend in well to the surrounding hills, while offering
modernistic details. The exterior finishes included architectural
shingles, commercial windows, brick veneer, and a timber-framed entry. |

 Sherick/Collins Residence
The
idea of this 4,700 sq. ft house was to blend simple timber frame
elements with classic design. The shed dormers, shallow eaves, and
cobblefield stonework give this house a style of its own in Aspen
Glen. |

 Schattleitner
Residence
This project was a 2,700 sq. ft. house in the Oasis Creek
area of Glenwood Springs. It had to be worked into a very steep site,
and leave as much of surrounding landscape intact as possible. The
view is awesome, so large glass panes were incorporated into the great
room. |

Sunny
Hill Residence
Set against a beautiful hillside, this spacious 5,000 sq. ft. appears
to have been built 100 years ago. The use of local sandstone and log
detailing add to the old-town appeal of Glenwood Springs. |

Mochrie
Residence
This mountain residence reflects the historic mining town
materials of stone, wood lap siding, and rusted corrugated metal
roofing with the exposed timber frame interior. |

 Orchard
Townhomes
The program for these townhomes called for affordable housing
mixed with quality living. The density of the site added to the
affordability and helped create a sense of community. Vaulted
ceilings, open kitchens, and great outdoor spaces, make the
individual spaces very comfortable.
