This project in Glenwood’s City Market Store’s unique challenge
was to fit a large amount of functional requirements into a very tight
space. The highly detailed jewel box product has been a successful branch
for the bank. |
 Bank
of Colorado
A total remodeling and modernization was done on this building at
9th and Grand in Glenwood Springs. The bank offices were arranged around a
new sky lit lobby with complete new facilities. The old wood detailing was
updated with weather resilient metal and stone, while the roof was redone
with a distinctive copper finish. |
Rosi's
Bavarian Restaurant
With addition and remodel we tripled the seating area as well as
installed a complete new kitchen. The roof style and details helped create a
Bavarian atmosphere.

Hotel
Denver Complex
Our firm has worked on the upgrades to this
building complex for the past ten years. All the interiors for the 710
Cooper Plaza were redone as well as converting several hotel rooms and the
lobby into office space. The restaurant and it’s basement level was
converted into the Brew Pub, with it’s welcoming atmosphere created by
exposing the brick of the historic buildings that originally made it up. |

located at a critical corner in Glenwood Springs, visible to Interstate 70
and passed by all travelers along Glenwood’s main street, Grand Avenue, and

start the revitalization of Glenwood Springs core, with 15,000 square feet,
containing retail on the lower level and ground floor, offices on second
level and residential units on the top floor. This project won the 2004
